Märkischer Landmann - A strong dark beer

Märkischer Landmann Schwarzbier is a beer produced in the traditional way in eastern Germany. It owes its distinctive flavor to the use of aromatic roasted malt.
Like all dark beers, the drink is bottom-fermented, in contrast to the previous top-fermented production.
However, the recipe for this dark beer dates back to the early modern period. Schwarzbier was first mentioned in documents in 1543. While the alcohol content is unknown at that time, today the alcohol content of this tasty beverage is 4.9% ABV. This delicacy has a full-bodied flavor and is a true delight.
